RECOR has three main organs of decision-making: The general assembly (board of governors), the Executive Committee and the Executive Secretariat. The hierarchies of the organs are as follows:

The general assembly – composed of 15 members – meets once a year.
The Executive committee, which is composed of seven members, gathers once a month and any time when necessary. It is the organ which supervises the overall planning and shapes strategies of the organization.
The Executive Secretariat coordinates the organizations day to day activities. It is composed of technical staff and support staff.
RECOR has eight employees for technical and supporting tasks.
